Certified Client Service Professional (CCSP©)

This designation requires the completion of six courses – Train the Trainer, Coaching for Performance, and Leadership & Management – within a 24 month period. Upon successful completion of each workshop you will receive a certification and once all six courses are complete you will receive a master certificate. Workbooks and job aids are provided during the workshop.

North American Training Institute (NATI)

Course: Studies in Gambling Addiction Certificate Program (ONLINE).

This 30-hour or 60-hour online training program is designed to provide specific knowledge and advanced clinical understanding which will contribute to the identification, diagnosis, referral, and treatment of individuals with a gambling disorder. The disordered gambling DSM 5 is integrated into the program. The online course is audio based with case studies, training manual and assignments. Transcripts of the audio lectures are available to download. For continuing education credits, there are shorter courses ranging from 4 to 12 hours.
